Refund Policy – Recovers You

At Recovers You, we strive to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying experience with our products. Please review our refund and replacement policy below.

Eligibility for Refund / Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Physically damaged product received
  • Missing product in the order

If an order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid and partial COD orders.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Step 1:
Raise a request within 2 days of delivery by sending:

  • Unboxing video
  • Images of the issue
  • Order ID

Step 2:
Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3:
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup of the product.

Step 4:
After we receive and verify the product, we will initiate a refund or replacement.


Conditions Where Requests Will NOT Be Accepted

  • Product has been opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging (box, labels, etc.) is missing
  • Request raised after 2 days of delivery
  • Damage or missing item reported after 2 days
  • Delivery marked complete but reported missing after 24 hours
  • Change of mind
  • Returned item belongs to another brand

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store coupon

⏱ Refund timeline:

  • Initiated within 2–4 working days after product verification
  • Reflected in account within 3–6 working days (depending on bank)

Return Guidelines

  • Pack the product securely in original packaging
  • Use protective materials (bubble wrap, etc.)
  • Products returned damaged, used, or improperly packed will not be eligible

Additional Terms

  • Freebies must be returned along with the product
  • Replacement orders are not eligible for further return/replacement
  • Multiple products must be returned in a single request

Undelivered Orders

If your order is not delivered due to no fault of yours or is lost in transit, a full refund will be issued.
