At RecoversYou Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly and efficiently across India.


Shipping Policy

  • We offer PAN India shipping
  • Orders are processed within 3–4 working days
  • Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may be longer for remote locations
  • Orders are not delivered on Sundays or public holidays
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

  • Orders can be cancelled:
    • Within 1 hour of placing the order, OR
    • Before the order status becomes “Ready to Ship”, whichever is earlier
  • Cancellation requests must be sent via:

Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are non-cancellable and non-refundable

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days
  • Refunds will not be transferred to a different payment method

Cancellation Charges

  • COD Orders: ₹99 advance will not be refunded if cancelled after “Ready to Pickup”
  • Prepaid Orders: ₹99 shipping fee will be deducted if cancelled after “Ready to Pickup”

Return & Replacement Policy

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing product

How to Report an Issue

  1. Email us at contact@recoversyou.com
  2. Use subject line format:
    • “Damaged Product – Order ID”
    • “Missing Product – Order ID”
    • “Wrong Product – Order ID”
  3. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Timeline for Requests

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests beyond this period will not be accepted

Resolution Process

  • We respond within 48 hours
  • Pickup will be arranged for damaged/wrong items
  • Replacement will be processed after verification
  • Replacement timeline: 7–10 working days

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns/replacements will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used, opened, or altered
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Request raised after 48 hours
  • Product damage due to misuse
  • Returned product is from another brand
  • Serial numbers are tampered or missing
  • Consumable products are used

Delayed Delivery Policy

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors (weather, logistics, etc.).

  • Refund/cancellation applicable only if the order is not delivered within 480 hours (20 days) from shipment

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated after product verification
  • Processed within 2–7 working days
  • Reflected in your account within 7 working days (depending on bank)

Refund Mode

  • Prepaid: Original payment method
  • COD: Bank transfer or store credit

Important Notes

  • Freebies must be returned with the product
  • Replacement orders are not eligible for further return
  • Multiple items must be returned in a single request

Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or undelivered due to no fault of yours, a full refund will be issued.
